What Shilajit is.
Shilajit is a naturally sourced Himalayan resin with a long history of use in traditional Ayurvedic practice.
I chose to stock it because purity matters. This is 100 per cent pure Shilajit resin, lab tested for quality and naturally containing fulvic and humic acids. It supports the metabolism of fats and sugars, antioxidant function, cognitive wellbeing and the body's natural vitality.
No powders. No fillers. Just Shilajit in its traditional resin form.
Use.
Take one pea-sized portion, roughly 250mg, once daily.
It can be taken straight from the spoon, or dissolved in warm water, milk, herbal tea, a smoothie or another drink. Morning or before bed works best.
Do not mix with alcohol or chlorinated drinks, and do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep the jar tightly closed. Once opened, use within two years when stored correctly.
