Can I choose my appointment date?
You give a preferred date and time when you book. Maria reviews your request, confirms suitability and then contacts you to confirm the appointment.
Is the £50 taken off my treatment?
Yes. The £50 booking fee secures your appointment and is redeemable against your treatment.
Can I get the £50 back?
Within 14 days of paying, yes, unless your treatment has already taken place. After that it isn't refunded if you cancel or miss your appointment. If Maria finds a treatment isn't suitable for you, she refunds it in full.
Why does Maria review every request?
Prescription treatments are subject to clinical suitability, so Maria confirms suitability before anything is booked.
Does aesthetics replace the metabolic work?
No. Aesthetics sits alongside the metabolic work, not instead of it. Skin quality follows from sleep, nutrition, hormones and inflammation.
