We begin on Spring Equinox, in sync with the natures cycle of transition. Shedding accumulated toxins & clearing blockages to make room for the radiant sun’s invigorating energy to stimulate our Solar Plexus.

I combine Fasting, Cleansing foods, Breathwork & Meditation to Reset & Rejuvinate.


Fasting is nature's healing agent.

Cleansing diets and fasting programs are natural cleansing methods to detoxify the body. A fast gives the digestive system a rest, eliminates toxins and rejuvenates the entire body. Physically, it gives nature a chance to clean the system and gives it a complete overhaul.


Mentally, a fast develops concentration, strengthens the willpower and helps to release negative emotions.

Thought processes slow down, resulting in clarity of mind.


21 Days of a complete body-mind reset reflecting the transition of the seasons.


We will be cleansing with vegetable juices, bonebroth, light rice gruel, poached fruits for liver health & some potent herbs & spices for a deep cleanse.

This is a gentle way to help your body detoxify. Kriyas ( yoga poses) & classical cleansing techniques further purify the body.


Yoga and meditation are integral to my detox programmes.

Sugar Detox


• 4 apples

• 3 cucumbers

• handful of parsley

• 2 handfuls of spinach

• 4 stalks of kale

• 1 bunch of celery

• 1 lime

• 1 inch ginger root



Colon Cleanse


  • 5 beets

  • 1 bunch of celery

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 handful of coriander

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 inch ginger root

  • 2 limes

  • 10 romaine lettuce

  • 4 carrots



Liver Cleanse


• 4 apples

• 5 beets

• 1 bunch celery

• 1 handful spinach

• 1 cucumber

• 1 lemon

• 2 de-skinned tomatoes
